Jason Wong spent 24 years in the civil service, having held positions such as Deputy Director / Chief of Staff of Singapore Prisons Service, CEO of SCORE, and a Senior Director at Ministry of Social and Family Development. He founded the Yellow Ribbon Project in 2004 and the Dads for Life movement in 2009. He currently volunteers his time serving as Board Chairman of Focus on the Family. Jason is married with 2 young adult children.

Jennifer tells her inspiring story of healing and transformation in the book “Walking Out of Secret Shame”. She’s a passionate advocate of building a culture of life in Singapore, and is currently the Director of Safe Place, an initiative to empower women with unsupported pregnancies to make life-giving choices. In 2015, she was named one of “Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World – Singapore” and “Most Inspiring Woman – Great Women of Our Time”. She’s married with one daughter, loves spicy food and dreams of travelling to Antarctica one day.

Martin Tang has been involved in the music market for 36 years and continues to serve in the capacity of music arranger, songwriter and producer for some of Asia’s biggest stars such as A-Mei, Jacky Cheung, Sandy Lam, Super Junior, JJ Lin and Stef Sun, that led him to win the “Golden Melody Award” thrice, under the Music Arrangement Category. He is currently writing and arranging music for movies, TV dramas and Chinese music variety shows which is gaining huge popularity across China and Asia. Apart from his music career, he also serves as pastor at Kingdom Culture Church.
Tim is a banker by day & a missional Cafe Enthusiast by night
Timothy Wong has been a banker for the last 25 years. He has an interest in seeing cafes being positioned as missional third spaces across SE Asia. This interest has been fueled by his involvement with a group of friends who have been hosting a workplace Alpha Course at the Book Cafe. The course has been running twice a year over the past 16 years and has resulted in many individuals being impacted by the gospel. He sits on the management committee of Prison Fellowship Singapore’s 70×7 arm, and is helping to catalyse a new mission-focused prayer and support network called Antioch For Asia. Tim is married with 3 kids.
Ian’s heart burns fiercely for the destiny of Singapore and her next generation. Together with his entrepreneur-florist wife, Lilis, they’re the spiritual parents of 3:16 Church. The church seeks to be real, relevant and ready in today’s world and in particular, that people far from God may know what God’s family feels like. God has given Ian a heart for broken lives and families. He finds great delight whenever He see the Holy Spirit bringing back God-design into families in Singapore.
Norman is the Deputy Senior Pastor of 3:16 Church and the Creative Director of Truelove.Is. Before that, he spent 10 years in the marketing industry. He believes that the Church should be the Capital of Creativity and is passionate to see Creatives maximise their high calling to create for the Creator. He is a mentor to marketplace leaders, artists and influencers. Through his leadership, the church have challenged the status quo to shape narratives through disruptive storytelling, prophetic design and digital strategy. The 3:16 Stories have reached 3 million people to date.

At 17, Isaac’s life was radically transformed after his first humanitarian trip to a refugee camp along the Thailand border. He started a social enterprise, Colours Global, that creatively architects solutions to tackle social problems across Asia. They have been working with Singapore Girls Home rehabilitating at-risk youths through music and art, and assisting an NGO in Batam to improve the life of the children living in the slums. Isaac also uses media platforms to bring awareness on social issues around Asia, and have been featured on the news locally and internationally for it. He was also a finalist on The Voice Singapore and Malaysia.

They run a one-year part-time school that aims to equip and raise up worship leaders, songwriters, and musicians who will impact their generation with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Part of our mandate in unlocking the sound of worship in Singapore involves writing and producing original music that will bless and edify the body of Christ.
